Beginners
Starting with BASI Pilates fundamentals. Each exercise explained step by step to understand how you are moving your body and the muscle focus and objectives. Learning to breathe correctly through each exercise, strengthen your core, balance and tone the whole of your body. Creating those long lean muscles, aligning your spine and improving your mobility whilst focusing on technique. We leave this class feeling strongly connected to our mind and body.

Mixed Abilities
In these sessions we still focus on the same principles within the beginners class. A flowing class by Practicing the fundamental exercises working towards some more intense exercises with the help of our fabulous magic circles and balls to feel that resistance in each exercise.

Candlelight Pilates
Take a moment at the end of your week to reconnect with your mind, body, and breath in a calm, supportive environment. This session is thoughtfully designed to promote a sense of wellbeing through gentle, mindful movement and intentional stillness. Guided by ERP, a playlist created that supports the natural rhythm and flow of each movement, helping you deepen your connection to the present moment.

A fun low impact workout with the fusion of Pilates and Ballet technique. Toning and sculpting your glutes, core and arms. Using high reps but low impact movements to work those deep muscles inside our body.

Focusing on precision and quality of movement, building those long, lean muscles whilst burning fat. These sessions are for Working up a sweat and feeling the burn in all the right places. In these classes we use a combination of small weights, balls and foam rollers for that full-body burn.
