You can request deletion of your Eleanor Rose Pilates online or app account at any time.

How to request account deletion

To request account deletion, please contact Eleanor Rose Pilates using the details on the Contact page.

Please include:

Your full name

The email address linked to your account

A short message confirming that you would like your account deleted

What happens after a request

Once your request has been received, Eleanor Rose Pilates will review it and confirm the next steps.

Account deletion may remove or disable your app account, online access, saved progress, favourites, membership access and related account information.

Information that may need to be kept

Some information may need to be kept where required for business, legal, payment, tax, safety or record-keeping reasons.

For example, records relating to payments, bookings, forms, consent, health declarations or previous attendance may need to be retained where appropriate.

Membership access

Deleting your account may not automatically cancel a paid membership, subscription, booking or payment arrangement.

If you also want to cancel a membership or subscription, please mention this in your message.
