  • In these sessions you will complete classical Pilates class Starting with

    BASI Pilates fundamentals.

    Each exercise explained step by step to understand how you are moving your body and the muscle focus and objectives. Learning to breathe correctly through each exercise, strengthen your core, balance and tone the whole of your body. Creating those long lean muscles, aligning your spine and improving your mobility whilst focusing on technique. We leave this class feeling strongly connected to our mind and body.

  • These sessions are still the same fundamentals and principles as beginner the beginner Pilates. We work our way through the repertoire but Mixed Ability means that whatever level you are, you can come to this class and ERP will modify exercises to suit you it can be as gentle or as challenging as you want it to be allowing everyone to work at their own pace for a balanced workout. We also incorporate magic circles and balls to help feel that resistance in each exercise.

  • A membership gives you access to ERP’s online Pilates content, including classes, programmes, and any resources included in your chosen plan. Depending on the membership option, you may also get access to new content added while your membership is active.

  • Once you’ve signed up, you’ll create your own account and be able to log in anytime to access your classes and content. Everything is available in one place, so you can easily pick up where you left off.

  • Yes. If you’d like to change your membership, upgrade, or switch to a different option, you can do that through your account.

  • Yes. New Pilates classes and content may be added over time, so there’s always something fresh to come back to.

  • Yes. Memberships can be cancelled at any time through your account. You’ll still have access until the end of your current billing period.
