No Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Eleanor Rose Pilates, bookings and payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

This applies to individual bookings, class blocks, memberships, private sessions, events and corporate/business bookings.

Once payment has been made, refunds will not normally be issued if a client is unable to attend, changes their plans, is away on holiday, or no longer wishes to use their booking.

Holidays & Class Swaps

If you are going away on holiday or know that you will be unable to attend a class, please let ERP know as soon as possible.

Where possible, ERP will always try to skip, move or swap your class to another suitable session. However, this is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

Classes cannot automatically be carried forward, exchanged or replaced simply because a client is unable to attend.

Corporate & Business Bookings

Corporate and business bookings are also generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

Once a corporate booking, package, class, event or block of sessions has been confirmed and payment has been made, refunds will not normally be provided due to changes in attendance, staff availability, holidays, sickness, changes in business circumstances or cancellation by the business.

Where possible, ERP may work with the business to rearrange or transfer sessions, subject to availability and at ERP's discretion.

Any alternative arrangement must be agreed with ERP in advance and is not guaranteed.

Missed Classes

If a client or member does not attend a booked class without prior agreement, the booking will remain chargeable and no refund or replacement class will normally be provided.

ERP Cancellations

If ERP needs to cancel a class or session, ERP will endeavour to provide a suitable alternative where possible.

If an alternative cannot be provided, ERP may offer a credit, carry the class forward, or provide another appropriate arrangement.

Agreement

By booking a class, purchasing a block, booking a private session, attending an ERP event or entering into a corporate or business arrangement with Eleanor Rose Pilates, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this No Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Refund requests outside the circumstances described above will be considered by Eleanor Rose Pilates on a case-by-case basis.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Eleanor Rose Pilates reserves the right to amend this policy when necessary.
