ERP Cancellation & Block Policy

Please read the ERP Cancellation & Block Policy below. Once you have read the policy, complete the agreement form at the bottom of the page to confirm that you understand and agree to the cancellation terms, block payment terms, and how your class space is managed.

Your information will only be used to support your participation in Eleanor Rose Pilates services and will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

Block Payments

If you attend ERP classes as part of a block, your space is reserved for the duration of that block.

Once your block has finished, payment for your next block must be made within 48 hours if you would like to keep your regular space.

If payment is not received within 48 hours, your space may be released and offered to someone else.

Cancellations

ERP requires at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, the class may still be counted as part of your block and may not be carried over or refunded.

This helps ensure spaces can be managed fairly and offered to others where possible.
